BPC Group assembles its businesses within a single corporate identity

BPC Group of Companies (known as ‘Banking Production Centre’ or ‘BPC’) announces the introduction of a new corporate identity that promotes the familiar ‘BPC” name as a master brand linking all company’s businesses together, along with a new symbol – BPC Group, designed to dramatically increase the company’s global recognition.

The move is a culminating step in what has been a multi-year organizational and cultural transformation of BPC from a small-sized Russia-based specialty company to a diversified business with its own and partner-based offices located in the key markets globally. Today, the business of BPC Group spans three nation’s key industries – finance, energy and chemical sectors.

The necessity to develop and introduce a new corporate identity was primarily due to the launch of new advanced lines of business aimed at further advancement of the Russian economy through offering cutting edge technology solutions that combine novelty and time honored practice.

The BPC unique graphical identity created at the company’s inception in 1995 was widely recognized but was primarily associated with the company’s banking business area, and neither reflected progress that BPC had made in ten years in the market, nor represented the company’s future vision, mission and core values. The new corporate identity encompasses all new lines of business and will help to unlock the value of the company’s considerable global capabilities.

Commenting on the launch of new brand identity, Anatoly Loginov, President of BPC Group, said: “The change in corporate identity communicates transforming developments in the business of our company, first of all, its evolution to a diversified organization operating in pretty different business areas, all of which are on the junction of the latest achievements of fundamental science and prioritized requirements of the national economy. I deeply believe that by linking all our businesses more closely to “BPC” name we have tremendous opportunity to fortify marketplace impressions of our company”.

The official introduction of an updated corporate identity followed the launch of new company’s website located at www.bpcgroup.ru. From now on the new graphical image of BPC Group will be applied to all corporate materials, and will be a unique company’s symbol in its business development campaign on the national and overseas markets. The transition to the new corporate identity is scheduled to be completely finished by the end of 2005.
