Acquirer Customers, or Merchants are those companies who use the bank's acquiring services to settle with individuals and organisations who pay for their goods or services with a payment card, whether issued by the bank or by another Payment Scheme member.

The bank will also set up its own POI infrastructure as one or more merchants.
