SmartVista Processing Solution Overview
The SmartVista Front-End GUI provides on-line forms that allow operators to control and manage the ATM network remotely from the Network Operation Centre by issuing commands, such as:

  • Open ATM;

  • Close ATM;

  • Change ATM configuration number;

  • Load ATM configuration (parameters, scenarios, FIT tables, PIN and MAC encryption keys, configuration number, etc.)

  • Synchronise ATM counters with the SmartVista database;

  • Set up cash withdrawal limits for individual ATM's;

  • Print out daily totals;

  • NDC+ queries for:

    • ATM configuration number;

    • Current values of ATM counters;

    • ATM device configurations;

    • Date and time;

    • ATM device tallies;

    • Processor, Communication Interface and ATM devices Error History.
Smartvista Front-End allows assigning ATM's to logical groups so that they can be controlled and managed with a single command.

SmartVista Front-End supports a special class of maintenance transactions that can be initiated locally by field support to reflect such activities as banknote and printer tape loading, etc. These PIN based transactions can only be initiated with the help of a special 'supervisor' plastic card that restricts its use to a pre-defined group of ATM's.

SmartVista Front-End comes with a set of ATM configuration tools, including:

  • Status Set Editor;

  • ATM Screen Editor;

  • FIT Editor;

  • Receipt Editor.
