On-going Maintenance Once SmartVista is installed, the customer is provided with on-going remote and on-site support which covers an unlimited number of incidents for SmartVista functions and services, diagnosis and troubleshooting. The maintenance services delivered by BPC include 24/7 Help Desk support, access to all the latest SmartVista releases and regular solution updating to comply with the latest requirements of international payment schemes.
To ensure the fastest possible fulfillment of any request, the customer is granted an access to our online request tracking system ESM. With the access to this leading-edge web technology, the customer can create trouble tickets and easily track their execution. These tickets may concern SmartVista use, system failures or further expanding of SmartVista functionality.
Our support programmes are intended to enable customers to take full advantage of SmartVista excellent design and are provided in full compliance with ISO 9001-2000 quality standard, as attested by SGS International Certification Services (SGS ICS).
