Apart from obligatory free training courses provided immediately after SmartVista implementation, such courses can be arranged when training is required for new employees of your company. Our product trainings are always delivered on the latest system release to ensure customers are fully briefed on all the new features.

Modular approach: our training programmes include the ultimate overview of all the aspects of the implemented solution. The modular approach to learning permits you to choose the training course tailored according to the installed solution and business needs of your company.

Locations: All our courses can be delivered at your own premises or at BPC head office or regional offices.

• Standard Training: BPC standard training courses have been designed to provide the customer’ staff with a comprehensive understanding of all the capabilities of the system and demonstrate the whole structure, possibilities and functionality to all the employees involved in SmartVista projects from top business managers to operators and IT specialists.
• Tailored Training: BPC can tailor training courses specifically to meet your business needs. A training specialist will conduct analysis of training needs and design a course around your specific installation of SmartVista.

All courses are prepared and delivered by people who know both SmartVista and bank infrastructure and understand product education processes, which ensures that your staff receives the training most suited to their needs.
